Hello! My name is Yadira Herrera Escarrega, I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker providing psychotherapy services via telehealth in the state of California. Finding a therapist that you can connect with and trust can be a challenge. As a bilingual, spanish-english, bicultural women of color, born and raised in the bay area, raised by immigrant parents and a parent to neurodiverse children, I hold a particular lens and perspective that I utilize to best support my clients. As an eclectic therapist, I tailor different evidence based modalities to meet the individual needs of my clients. I am a culturally sensitive, trauma informed therapist well versed in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness interventions to support the therapeutic process and growth of my clients.
