My passion is to empower individuals to wellness by reconnecting with different parts of yourself that have been injured, left behind, or forgotten. I have worked in the mental health field in three states for a total of 20 years. I work through a trauma informed approach, culturally responsive and intersectional lens . Each individual has a unique set of experiences regardless of background. My goal is to understand your needs and help you improve life how you desire. I work with individuals of all ages professional women/moms and families of all backgrounds (not limited to immigrants & bicultural/biracial).
