I am a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor practicing under the supervision of Igor Kulishov, LMHC. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Yeshiva University and am bilingual in English and Russian. I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients feel genuinely heard and empowered. I work with individuals facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and trauma.
