I have openings as of January 2026. I work with adults, couples, children, and families. Are you or a loved one experiencing anxiety, depression, or the challenges of chronic pain? Are you stressed? Do you need support around parenting, relationship issues, grief, or other life transitions? I have worked in inpatient settings, outpatient settings, in mental health settings and in medical settings. I enjoy helping adults, couples, children, and families. Life can be unpredictable and overwhelming. It can also be meaningful and beautiful. Whether you're facing a tough season or simply need extra support, I’m here to help. I come from a multicultural family with roots in farming and the military. I grew up in Battle Creek, Belleville, and Coldwater, Michigan, and have spent the past 25 years living in the Washtenaw/Wayne County area. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel abroad, which continues to inform my inclusive, compassionate approach when working with people.
