I take a collaborative approach to individual & relationship therapy to help clients become unstuck from ruts, break old unhealthy patterns, communicate more effectively, resolve relationship crises, and learn more about themselves as partners and as people. Clients come to me for therapy in all states: fine-tuning an otherwise happy union, distraught after trust has been broken, considering a break-up, recovering from an affair, or just wanting to learn new relationship skills. I meet clients with kindness and curiosity in my sessions and provide a refreshingly open and non-judgmental space to talk about sex and relationships. As a sex educator and sex writer, I bring a unique comfort with issues of sex and sexuality issues to the individuals and partners I work with. I work with clients from all backgrounds and relationship styles, especially including LGBTQQ+ clients, kinky clients, & those in non-monogamous relationship structures.
