At times, many of us carry the weight of the world on our shoulders—like walking around with a bag full of bricks. It’s time to drop the load and get on board. I am a licensed mental health therapist with 15 years of experiences in the field. My passion lies in helping clients from all walks of life addressing the challenges that weigh them down: trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, resentment, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and anger. My goal is to support you in unpacking those heavy bricks, gaining insight, and exploring real solutions that lead to improved mental well-being. Establishing rapport and creating a safe, open environment early on really sets the tone for the therapeutic relationship. I have experienced that when clients feel heard and understood right from the start, they're much more likely to engage fully in the process and feel comfortable sharing.
