I'm Yas. I’ve spent the past decade walking alongside kids, teens, adults, and families through life’s toughest and most meaningful moments. I immigrated from Iran to the U.S. in 2004, carrying with me both the visible and invisible layers of a complex history—personal loss, cultural transition, and a search for belonging. My early experiences with trauma and grief sparked a lifelong desire to understand the emotional world—first my own, and eventually that of others. This path led me to become a therapist who holds space not just for pain, but for resilience, growth, and self-discovery.
