It can be challenging to start therapy and share your experiences with someone you don’t know. While the process in therapy is sometimes difficult, it can help us to learn more about ourselves and become aware of our behaviors and core values. My approach in therapy is to provide a safe enviroment so you can be yourself, learn more about who you are and become aware of what interrupts your connection with your enviroment, values, or the way you like to live your life.
