About

At some point in life, everyone experiences something that is incredibly difficult to process and cope with. As a society, we often feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and defeated in our everyday lives. My greatest joy in being a therapist is helping others find peace and comfort despite the chaos that our world brings us. The relationship I strive to have with the people I serve is based on trust, unconditional positive regard, and mutual respect. I work with people in addressing a variety of challenges including anxiety/depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, women's issues, and relationship issues. I use an attachment-based, person-centered approach with my clients to walk alongside them during treatment. I use a variety of therapy methods, including EMDR, DBT, IFS, and somatic interventions to help clients feel empowered, heal wounds, and connect their mind, body, and spirit.
