I specialize in treating adults struggling with trauma, codependency, depression, and anxiety. I am EMDR trained and utilize this approach often with clients to minimize distress that stems from past experiences. I specialize in providing trauma-informed care for my clients. No two people are the same, and I take pride in individualizing my approaches based on who I am working with. One crucial part of the therapeutic process is having a strong connection. My focus is to provide a safe, calming, and comfortable environment for my clients to feel understood and not judged, to explore more about themselves.
