Through my work in various settings, what I’ve learned is that healing happens through genuine connection — between you and me, between you and yourself, and in your community. I focus on collaboration and creating space for honest, sometimes challenging conversations, always with the respect and care you deserve. (I am not the kind of therapist who just listens and nods.)
