Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to feel a little unsure about where to begin. You don’t have to figure it out on your own. I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel supported as you work through life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward a healthier, more balanced version of yourself. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, and other concerns, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
