Life is full of emotion. Pleasant and painful undercurrents of emotion exist in our lives, sometimes at the very same time and in ways that are not fully understood by us. Therapy is a unique space where we can learn to listen to and understand our emotions on a deeper level, bringing us to greater awareness, which is a stepping stone to generating values-aligned change in our lives and relationships. I am dedicated to and passionate about working with adults, young adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges and other anxiety-related disorders.
