I provide an integrated platform to approach issues combining the mind and the body together. A person will not simply feel better, they will be better. My ideal client is interested in making change and willing to invest in his/herself to make that change. You are worth it and you are capable. This means doing assignments in between sessions. My client wants to be an active participant in the treatment process as part of a collaborated effort. The client will be willing to make lifestyle changes to help facilitate the mental process.
