As a therapist with over 15 years of experience, I enjoy working with children, families, adolescents, and the elderly. I enjoy providing support, understanding, and giving positive feedback to my clients. My goal is to support clients explore and understand their issues, build on their strengths, develop effective coping mechanism skills. The common types of therapy I focus on are Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Interpersonal therapy, Family therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Art therapy and Psychoeducation. I am fully bilingual/bicultural in Spanish.
