I support adults with identifying the root cause of their emotional pain so they can live their best lives. I feel especially passionate about helping women heal their past wounds and trauma in all its forms (childhood trauma, relational or betrayal trauma, sexual assault, birth trauma). I also help individuals navigate grief and loss and find meaning in their lives again. My approach is holistic in that it encompasses the mind/body/spirit connection and centers the nervous system. I also emphasize attachment styles and inner child work in the healing journey.
