I provide outpatient therapy and support various populations, including veteran families (like my own), caregivers, children, adults, Latinx, and BIPOC as they navigate burnout, anxiety, grief and loss, attachment injuries, traumatic experiences, and the unique experience of Puerto Ricans and other Diaspora. I believe in helping individuals uncover their inherent strengths (buried by stress, trauma, societal norms, or oppression); and empowering them to challenge barriers and oppressive systems and find purpose, meet their goals, and live meaningful lives while preserving culture, autonomy, language, identity, and expression.
