I’m Yinet Labrada, a dedicated Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping individuals overcome the heavy weight of anxiety, depression, OCD, and substance use challenges. Many of my clients struggle with constant overthinking, low motivation, intrusive thoughts, or habits they feel stuck in. They want relief, clarity, and a path forward—but often feel lost or overwhelmed. With specialized training in a substance abuse residential facility and years of experience treating complex mental health needs, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing can begin and real change can happen.
