I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, emotional regulation, and improving interpersonal skills. I am certified in DBT, extensively trained in IFS and EMDR. Clients have often told me that they want to operate differently, but every time they have the opportunity, they don’t. This led me to focus my work on a client’s past experiences.
