Greeting! My name is Yolanda Jenkins and I'm a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of the Southern California area, and I work statewide via telehealth. I work with adults treating Mood Disorders, Life Stressors Issues, Interpersonal Conflict Issues, Grief, and Life Transition Issues. My eclectic approach to therapy incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. This approach helps my clients to gain a deeper self-awareness to make meaningful changes in their lives.
