My ideal client has experienced emotionally painful or unsafe relationships and is ready to break long-standing patterns. They may be healing from narcissistic abuse, domestic or sexual violence, or growing up in invalidating environments. Many struggle with emotional intensity, shame, fear of abandonment, or unstable relationships, including BPD traits. They want trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy with both safety and structure— tools to regulate emotions, set boundaries, and build healthier relationships. Their goal is to feel grounded, empowered, and aligned with their values rather than stuck in survival mode.
