My name is Yolanda Medina, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist 147007 and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor 17546. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe therapeutic space where you can accomplish your mental health goals and learn new ways to improve your happiness and well-being. I believe I utilize client-centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Solution-focused Therapy approach. I provide an empathic and safe space for clients to express themselves while guiding them to find the best approach to resolve their mental health concerns.
