Hi, my name is Yolanda Siegmeth and I enjoy working with clients who are motivated for treatment, open to self reflection and want to actively participate in the therapeutic process. I specialize in treating narcissistic abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management and grief and loss. I approach goal setting with clients through exploration, goal identification, action plan development and regular review and adjustment to make changes as needed.
