My lens in psychotherapy is informed by the principle of organicity; that every person has within them tremendous wisdom and the ability to heal. I view psychotherapy as a journey to assist the client in clearing the boundaries to their own unique healing path. I work with many different evidence based modalities including IFS, EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which provide many different lenses and approaches to working with a variety of presenting problems. My primary focus is on Trauma, both upper case "T" and lower case "t" as well as addictions- with males from 12 to adulthood. Looking forward to crossing paths soon! UNCONDITIONAL POSITIVE REGARD/ SAFE SPACE. I am a Psychotherapist who has experience with many different types of challenges people face. I am also trained in being able to adjust a person's perception so even if "the situation" doesn't change your perspective will which may allow for a reframe.
