My goal is to empower you to overcome and heal from traumas of the past and help you prepare for them in the future. Using somatic techniques and EMDR, I aim to help clients fully recover and process from trauma. I am excellent at working with individuals of all ages. With children I work by communicating with parents and schools to ensure the patient’s needs are addressed fully. I am a strong believer in the family system in therapy I work at maintaining and strengthening family relationships . I also use a psychodynamic approach to look back into our past at what has formed us and see how we can make changes for the future. With a strong background in school social work, neurodivergence and family therapy. I bring a unique perspective to my therapeutic process. I try to build a strong and genuine connection with all of my patients. I address each individual’s needs and goals using an eclectic collection of therapeutic modalities.
