I am Japanese and have been living in the United States for nearly 40 years. I have practiced psychotherapy in New York City for 29 years. I am a trained psychoanalyst and integrate a wide range of therapeutic approaches—from DBT to music and movement therapy—to support my clients in meaningful and holistic ways.
