My journey toward becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep curiosity about people, relationships, and the resilience of the human spirit. I am currently a graduate student in counseling, pursuing my degree with a focus on clinical mental health. I have developed a strong interest in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, including Psychodynamic, Person-centered and DBT. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. My counseling style is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a belief in each individual’s capacity for growth and change.
