My clientele enjoy adding to their distinct personal arsenal of success oriented skills - they are not broken. Occasionally, any one of us can lose sight of what it is we uniquely have to offer. We can get fiercely myopic and tunnel visioned, especially in the wake of a loss, a disappointment, or a tragedy. This can manifest in arguments at home and missed promotions.
