Therapy is a journey that includes the commitment of wanting to better yourself. The first step of therapy may be challenging, but that does not mean you have to do it alone. You belong and you are accepted here. My counseling style includes being empathetic, showing compassion, being realistic, and person centered. I am an empathetic coach, an active listener, and an advocate for self-awareness. I have over 15 years of experience in mental health. I currently specialize in treatment for adults, and adolescents ages 13-17 years old. I work with clients who identify with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive health issues.
