At some point we’ve all felt overwhelmed, confused or worried about a relationship, life decision or major choice we’ve had to make. Other times we experience sadness because what we wanted did not work out. Sometimes unfortunate things happen to us and no matter what we do, we can’t forget. We feel powerless, out of control and we can’t move on. What we all have in common is that we want to feel fully alive and connected to our loved ones and free of worry, sadness, anger and disappointment. We want to let go of the past and fully live in the present with hope and optimism for the future.
