Stressful conditions may influence depression, anxiety, and other psychological challenges. Life transitions, academic or work stress, family problems, or relational difficulties with a friend, significant other, or employer may trigger such distress. My psychodynamic orientation is relational, integrative, and informed by diverse realities such as culture, race, ethnicity, and gender. My approach enables clients to feel safe, understood, and hopeful in their journeys toward change while strengthening confidence, self-esteem, facilitating the development of effective coping and problem solving skills.
