I do my best to keep an open mind and to create an environment that is conducive to fostering open communication and trust. I respect and value the thoughts and feelings of my client's. I believe that therapy is, ultimately, about freedom and that healing occurs through the process of self-exploration, understanding, finding meaning and deepening one's insight. I tend to work directly and dynamically, rather than passively; I do a lot of listening and I am also active in the therapeutic role.
