Feeling isolated or hopeless? Unable to feel "in control"? I am here to help with compassion and empathy. I have 18 years of experience working with adults, first responders, the elderly, teens and the special needs population who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, issues stemming from divorce and grief/loss who may be suffering from PTSD, depression, anxiety or complicated grief. I was a member of the trauma team at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, CA for 7 years, worked at Rady Children's hospital for 5 years and S.D. Hospice. I am an EMDR Certified therapist and licensed in AL, AZ, CA, and FL.
