Hi, I'm Zac. I believe that our ways of thinking and how we perceive situations and their consequences drive our behavioral and emotional functioning. I enjoy working with adults to help develop skills and adjust thinking patterns to alleviate symptoms related to mood dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, and attention and social concerns. I also have experience working with individuals managing substance use concerns.
