I primarily work with adults both male and female, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to process their experiences and move toward healing. Coming from a Christian background, I understand the value of integrating faith into therapy for those who desire that connection. I strive to meet each individual where they are—offering a compassionate, trauma-informed, and spiritually sensitive approach that honors both their psychological and spiritual journeys. In addition, I have experience working with athletes who are managing mental health challenges both on and off the field.
