As a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and person in long-term recovery, I bring both professional expertise and personal compassion to my counseling work, meeting each person where they are with empathy and respect. My focus is on helping individuals move from surviving to thriving through building practical tools for growth, repairing relationships, and rediscovering hope throughout the recovery process.
