I work often with adults seeking to resolve developmental or complex trauma, manage anxiety, and navigate neurodivergent identity. My practice is deeply affirming for LGBTQIA+ clients and those undergoing gender exploration or significant life shifts. As a trans man and a dedicated trauma-informed clinician, I prioritize a therapeutic relationship where you don't have to explain the basics of your identity. We’ll use EMDR and evidence-based skills to unpack the past and build a stable, honest future. I provide real answers for real growth, not just "listening."
