Anxiety has a way of pulling us out of the present moment—into constant worry, overthinking, and self-doubt. Many of the clients I work with feel mentally exhausted, stuck in cycles of rumination, or unsure how to slow their minds enough to feel grounded again. My approach to therapy focuses on helping you reconnect with the present in a practical, realistic way so anxiety no longer runs the show. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience working with anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, depression, and life transitions.
