Hey all! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. To anyone looking to start therapeutic services, you've already taken the first step. Therapy is not always easy (it can be challenging at times), but it is a guided process and will bring balance, success, and a sense of peace to everyday life. We will focus is on building a healthy connection, engage in internal reflection, and test out personal accountability. My goal is to find the individual approach that satisfies your needs as we are all different and a “cookie-cutter” approach to therapy does not fit everyone!
