As people, we all search for balance in this journey called life. I'm here for clients who look like I do because we've shared similar experiences and can relate as a result. I am here for clients who want to feel comfortable and seen before divulging information about their experiences but who are also ready to acknowledge their opportunities for personal growth and utilize them. Forward progression is a desire of many, but work will be required to achieve it. I am here to help others address childhood trauma, relationship struggles, grief, school/work life, and new environments or seasons of life.
