I specialize in working with kids, but I also support teens and adults through life’s challenges. They may struggle to express emotions, feel stuck in family conflict, or wrestle with identity. What they need is someone who listens and offers creative ways to make life feel lighter. Their goal is to build coping skills, find balance, and feel more confident each day.
