Hello, my name is Zafia pronounced (Za-fee-ya) and I am here to assist you along your healing journey. In the words of Maya Angelou- “You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them”. I am trained in mental health counseling and I am here to offer you assistance towards reaching your mental health goals by providing a safe space that is free from judgment. I believe that everyone’s story is unique, and I tailor my counseling to fit each person as necessary whether that is disputing irrational thoughts and beliefs, forming healthier relationships, or altering automatic thoughts.
