I believe in the human ability to heal, to change, to transfer her/himself. My job is to facilitate that transformation; and to allow the client to become the version of themselves they want to be. By providing a judgment free zone and space to heal, I teach clients skills such as emotional freedom therapy (EFT), mindfulness, acceptance, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and help them into the path to restore autonomy, ability, values and hope. I have experience with working with people suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and gambling. I have also worked for many years with refugees who came from war-torn countries. With this background I can assess and provide individualized goals for my clients to support their healing.
