Greetings! I’ve studied a multitude of counseling approaches for individuals, married couples and families. With over 15 years as a mental health provider, I understand the importance of destigmatizing mental health, and embodying social justice practice by serving marginalized communities and families. Utilizing a collaborative, person centered treatment approach, I focus on developing healthy coping skills and providing psychoeducation on your personal difficulties.
