As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating grief, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and more. Through motivational interviewing and evidence-based approaches, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences, build coping skills, and foster emotional resilience. My ideal clients are those who have tried to “hold it all together” for everyone else and are ready to start healing for themselves.
