I specialize in working with children, teens and families, and have extensive training in the areas of trauma, integrative therapies, cultural diversity, family systems, and learning challenges faced by children that impact performance and behavior. I offer in-person and virtual child and adolescent therapy, using play and creative techniques so my patients can grow to be their most resilient, adjusted, and healthy selves. I work with children of divorce, and children who are struggling in school either academically or socially. I offer parent coaching to assist parents develop the tools to best help their children thrive. I use techniques such as mindfulness, play therapy, sand tray, art and expressive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, behavior modification, and solution-focused therapy to offer the best possible services for my clients. My style is warm and compassionate, fun and non-judgmental. I look for the strengths in everyone I serve.
