I am the owner of Zen Therapy Behavioral Health Services. I am an EMDR certified therapist who treats most mental health disorders by addressing the "trauma" that I believe is always at the root of the problem. As a trauma therapist you will find that my definition of trauma is a lot more broad than what most people would think. I describe trauma as little t trauma where smaller but often repetative incidents like attachment wounds impact our behavior, or as big t trauma which are those big catastrophic incidents that most people think of when thinking of trauma. I would be honored to help you walk through whatever troubles you.
