In my work, I focus on individuals or couples who are standing at a painful crossroad in their relationship. Maybe they just discovered an affair, feel like roommates instead of lovers, or are stuck in repetitive arguments that never resolve. Many clients are also struggling with behavioral compulsions—like pornography, gambling, or overeating—that are eroding the trust and intimacy in their relationship. These clients often feel ashamed, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by the impact their behaviors are having on their families and their life. Many are exhausted, scared, and long to be seen, heard, and loved without judgment.
