Life is not random. Sometimes we have this intuition in the midst of difficult situations but are not sure what to do with it. Turning points are usually waiting for us when we get inside the themes brought on by the difficulty. I work collaboratively on finding those points of insight, putting them into workable terms, and taking actionable steps with you. In practice, this happens via a combination of approaches I have found useful and effective. Including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Object Relations theory, and other models. I have several years of post-graduate institute training and experience. As a composer, bassist and drummer, I bring creativity and lateral thinking to this work and understand unique life issues facing creative personalities. The sometimes long, winding journey toward actualization. I offer sliding scale to musicians and other artists. I also specialize in workplace issues and managing business relationships.
