My journey into mental health counseling stems from a deep passion for helping people adapt and adjust to unknown and difficult situations. I am dedicated to supporting people, especially women, in their mental health, self-care and discovery. My approach is empathetic and client-centered, integrated with psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT techniques, to create a collaborative and reflective space where you can feel heard and valued. I have provided peer support for international students, and clinical experience addressing family conflicts and emotional challenges through culturally responsive care.
